Yoga Classes & Events
Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Gentle Yoga Flow and Restorative Yoga classes with Ailsa online (via Zoom) and in-person in Bristol, United Kingdom. Intelligently sequenced with the anatomy of the body in mind, Ailsa's classes will stretch and strengthen your body. Each class is accompanied with eclectic and thoughtfully selected music and through eloquent cueing, you will calm your mind and de-stress.
November 2020 Update
In light of the current global crisis, I only teaching one in-person yoga class (this will begin when Bristol moves in to Tier 2). I am continuing to upload to my YouTube channel every Monday and Saturday at 4pm (UK time) and I am focusing on expanding my online offering as well as offering online events and workshops (please see lower down this page for all the details).
